Our club wants to ensure that all who participate in our sport do so in a safe, welcoming, positive and enjoyable environment.  No-one should ever have to worry about abuse or harassment.  We encourage a culture of respect and fairness.

 

Safeguarding does not focus on resolving broader issues like club culture or personality conflicts. These issues can be resolved through a club code of conduct.

All Safeguarding concerns will be reported to the appropriate governing body for advice.  These include allegations and concerns relating to the current welfare/safeguarding of either adults or children in bowls, whether the issue is inside or outside of the sport.
